Jofra is on the plane

Waiting for Jofra Archer to return is like being in a long-distance relationship. It's only normal for the doubts to creep in. Will it be the same? What if we’ve changed? We had something special in that 2019 summer and want it back. A special player built for big moments. He is him. But could the long-awaited reunion be on the biggest stage, a T20 World Cup? Jof has been named in the T20 World Cup Squad along with Jos Buttler (capt, wk), Moeen Ali, Jonny Bairstow, Harry Brook and the rest of England's squad of white ball goliaths. But it's all about you, Jof. We want, no, need you back.

Monty’s in, then out

We all love Monty Panesar. His career includes multiple Ashes victories, a series win in India, and a place in our hearts as one of England's favourite cult spinners—a rare breed. But Monty wanted more. Last week, Panesar revealed he was running as a general election candidate for the British Workers Party. Mr Panesar said he wanted to "represent the working-class people of this country." But, much like Monty with the bat, things never really got going; the whole thing was over before it started. Writing on social media, he said he needs more time to "find my political home." I guess Rishi’s front pad is safe... for now.

PALACE bring the heat this summer

Last week, we saw PALACE Skateboards' latest streetwear culture crossover release arrive in the shape of three India cricket-inspired jerseys as part of their Summer 2024 Lookbook. The release was launched on Friday, May 3rd, and sold out within hours. If you want to get your hands on them, you’ll need to go down the eBay route.
